Lundbeck A/S announced that Lundbeck in-licensed the exclusive rights for Circadin® for the treatment of primary insomnia for the majority of markets in Europe including the five major markets. Furthermore, Lundbeck holds the exclusive option to evaluate commercialization in markets outside of Europe.

Nycomed will be marketing Circadin® in Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Greece, the Baltic States, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Russia-CIS. The first launch is expected during fourth quarter 2007
